TERMS + CONDITIONS
Please note that our delivery times are only estimates! International mail is affected by many circumstances, which are beyond our control including, but not limited to customs delays, long distances, weather etc. Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond our control. Please be patient and understand that international packages may take several weeks to arrive, but are very rarely completely lost.
We cannot be held responsible for the delay of items while in transit. After your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and, if requested, a tracking number (if the item was shipped as a tracked parcel). If we could hand deliver every package we would, and please know that we are just as anxious as you that your order arrives safely (and quickly!). But the reality is that your package passes through many hands before arriving on your door step and once we have dropped it off at the post office it is out of our control.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + CUSTOMS
For international orders (outside of the UK), please be aware of your own country's customs regulations, as we cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held (although this is rare) for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.
Please note that most of our products are made to order and so a manufacturing lead time (time it will take to make the item) will apply to each product. The lead time is shown on the individual product page.
As needle felted products are handmade, each product varies slightly, but this makes each one unique and one-of-a-kind. Every care is taken to provide you with a perfect product, sometimes slight imperfections are part of the design and are valued. Please also note that any images shown are intended as representation of the item only, if you require images exact item you'll receive, get in touch and we will send this to you before the item is dispatched.
Please note that whilst every care is taken to ensure every products is safe, they are however not intended as toys or for children. Keep out of reach of children under the age of 3 and animals.
Please notify Fudge and Mabel if you are unable to attend a workshop. If you cancel up to 21 days before the workshop date, we can either transfer your booking to an alternative date or refund you in full. We will be unable to refund any cancellations/ non attendance after this point, unless we are able to find other customers to attend on those dates. The workshops are popular and it is likely that we will be able to fill the spaces, so please get in touch as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
Please note that all needle felting workshops will include the use of very sharp needles. Fudge and Mabel accepts no responsibility for any injuries incurred from the use of the needles (as you WILL poke yourself at least once during the course of the workshop, this is a guarantee!). Children over the age of 10 are welcome but we ask that they are accompanied by an adult, as the needles are sharp and guidance will be required.
All products and designs are protected by copyright, and although certain topics will be taught during workshops, these designs remain the property of Fudge and Mabel, and cannot be re-created for commercial purposes.
Vouchers will be posted by Royal Mail 1st Class and should be received within 2 to 5 business days. You will also receive an email detailing how to book, including Terms & Conditions (also printed on the reverse of the Voucher).
Vouchers are only valid for Fudge and Mabel workshops. Vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. Vouchers expire 12 months from date of purchase. Vouchers are valid for single use only. Vouchers without a valid Voucher Number will not be accepted. One Voucher required per person. If for unforeseeable reasons a workshop is cancelled the you will be contacted well in advance and offered an alternative date or a full refund. Vouchers cannot be replaced so please keep in a safe place. Vouchers cannot be refunded in the case of non-attendance of workshops.
CUSTOM MADE OR COMISSIONS
A custom made product is specifically made for you, made to your specifications and or specific requirements. Each custom made product is unique and one-of-a-kind. We truly want only happy customers, and although we do not offer refunds on custom made products, we will however work with you to try to resolve any problems or concerns that you may have.
RIGHT TO CANCEL
Please note that you have the right to cancel your order* and can do so up to 14 days after the receipt of your order. See returns and refunds below for further info.
* special terms apply for custom made goods/ commissions - you will have 48 hours from the time of placing the order to cancel. After this time the purchase will be binding and you will not be able to cancel your order.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Fudge and Mabel. If however you wish to return your purchase (*restrictions apply to custom made products), then please return the product to us within 30 days of delivery, in its original packaging and in a unused/ saleable condition, we will be happy to refund you your full purchase price.
Please contact us using the contact page to request a refund or exchange, and we will provide you with a cancellation form, return address and authorisation/ reference code. No refunds or exchanges will be processed without the item being returned to us in the original condition.
All goods returned must be in a saleable condition and include all original product packaging and tags. Please note that all goods returned by post remain your responsibility until received by Fudge and Mabel. Fudge and Mabel is not responsible for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. We would recommend returning the goods using a registered postal service where a signature is required and that has insurance to cover the cost of the goods. Please retain your proof of postage as we may require signed proof of delivery. The cost of returning goods is at your expense. This does not affect your statutory rights. We aim to process refunds (once authorised and returned as above) within 7 working days from the date of return.
* Restrictions – we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on custom made goods/ commissions. Please get in touch to confirm specific requirements before purchasing. All of our products are made by hand and each individual item will be unique. If after purchase you would like to see specific images of the exact product that you will receive, then please let us know and we will email images to you before dispatching the item to you.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS
Every care is taken to ensure our parcels are delivered in perfect condition. However, if any product arrives damaged or is found to be faulty, please use the contact page and notify us immediately. We recommend that you check your purchase as soon as it has been delivered for any damage or faults as any damage or faults must be reported to us within 7 days of delivery. Please get in touch to arrange return of the goods to us and we will be happy to arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible
