Please note that our delivery times are only estimates! We will do everything we can to try to get your parcel to you before Christmas, but at this time of year, it cannot be guaranteed and it may still take longer than expected to get to you - we recommended that you place your order as soon as possible.
International mail is affected by many circumstances, which are beyond our control including, but not limited to customs delays, long distances, weather etc. Please understand that once a package has been shipped, transit and delivery times are beyond our control. Please be patient and understand that international packages may take several weeks to arrive, but are very rarely completely lost.
***Please note that for made to order items, you will need to add in the time it takes the item to be made (processing times).

We cannot be held responsible for the delay of items while in transit. After your item ships, you will receive a confirmation and, if requested, a tracking number (if the item was shipped as a tracked parcel). If we could hand deliver every package we would, and please know that we are just as anxious as you that your order arrives safely (and quickly!). But the reality is that your package passes through many hands before arriving on your door step and once we have dropped it off at the post office it is out of our control.

Delivery costs are calculated by weight and Country. Please see guide below:
- UK/ Ireland/ Channel Islands - standard delivery £3.50 (1 to 3 business days)
- Europe - Starting from £4 (3 to 7 business days)
- International World Zone 1 - Starting from £6 (4 to 10 business days)
- International World Zone 2 - Starting from £6 (5 to 14 business days)

All products are well packaged and protected, and every care is taken to ensure our parcels are delivered in perfect condition. We love to hear from customers when their parcels have been safely and happily received, but please do get in touch if you encounter any problems whatsoever.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS + CUSTOMS
For international orders (outside of the UK), please be aware of your own country's customs regulations, as we cannot and will not be held responsible for any taxes, fees, loss or damage resulting from your package's processing through that system. Please keep in mind that international mail may be held (although this is rare) for up to 4 weeks in customs. Depending on the laws and regulations of your country of residence, you might have to pay additional customs fees or taxes in order to you receive your package.
Processing time or making times
In stock items are shipped within 2 to 5 business days of ordering. If items are out of stock, we will get in touch to confirm and then ship the first part of your order. The balance will be shipped as soon as it is back in stock.
Made to order items - please see specific times listed on each individual product page. Please note that if you order multiple items with varying making times, then the order will only be shipped when the entire order is complete.
